Miscarriage, Infant Loss, & Stillborn Support
Pregnancy and Infant Loss invoke many emotions and questions. Whether you are expecting a loss, currently going through one, or seeking healing from a previous loss, St Ann Moms’ Ministry’s MILSS is here to help.
Support & Resources
Consolation gift boxes- For those currently experiencing a loss, we have put together kits with items that are both practical and comforting during this trying time.
Information- The moms at St. Ann have compiled a helpful document with answers to frequently asked questions regarding the Church’s teachings and specific recommendations for local resources. Included are burial locations, books podcast recommendations, and more! Whether you are on the journey, or love and want to support someone who is, this document is for you.
Meal Trains—This type of loss is not only emotional but also physically draining. Our group of volunteers would love to provide your family with meals during this time of grief and healing.

Remembering Your Child
During Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month in October, St. Ann’s holds a special Remembrance Mass for families to reflect and honor the memory of their lost babies. While not a funeral, it’s a time for healing and support. Families, friends, and children are welcome to join.
This year's Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, at 7 p.m. in St. Killian Chapel.
Miscarriage, Infant Loss, and Stillbirth Support Group (MILSS Group)
When: Every 4th Tuesday of the month
Location: Room 124 (located in the lobby area outside of the Assembly Room).
At these gatherings, you will have opportunities to meet other women who have gone through a pregnancy or infant loss. They are casual gatherings where you are welcome to share the struggles you have experienced related to pregnancy/infant loss or to listen to others' experiences.
Either way, we hope you will join us to experience building a community of shared loss, prayer, and hope.
Children's Prayer Garden
Though St. Ann’s does not have a Columbarium or place where you can lay your child’s remains to rest, we do have a beautiful Children’s Garden where you can have a paver engraved in memory of your child. We pray this space is one of peace and solace, where you and your family can come to reflect, pray, and remember your loved one.

Often part of the healing process includes helping others who are going through a similar experience. We are always looking for volunteers to be a part of our team to help with Meal Trains or Consolation Gift Box deliveries.
