Safe Environment Update Training

Safe Environment training for the new 2022/2023 Safe Environment clearance year so that you are SE cleared through 9/30/2023. 

The Diocese has given us the title of this year’s training they expect us to complete.  The title is below and is in English or Spanish.

English

You will need to log into your file on the Diocesan Web Site – here are the instructions…

At the bottom of the page Click on “My Obligations”
It will ask you for your first and last name and your address. 
This will need to match the name and address on file in this data base
Click “Search”
Your information should show up.

NOTE: If your information does not show up, please contact me.  Please do not reenter your information.
Go to the bottom of the page and click on “Update Information and Continue”
Towards the top of this page click “View All On Line Courses”

NOTE:  This training is intended to be done online and is 90 minutes in length.

After watching the videos a 25 question test will be given. 

In order to get credit each person must make 70 percent on the test.

After taking the test and passing, each person will be offered a certificate and the database will update their record, as it does now.

Please sent me an email (kcase@stannparish.org) sharing that you have completed your training.  I will be able to verify.
