Mothers of Young Children (MYC) would like to welcome you to the St. Ann Community. MYC is a group of women who strive to be the best wives, mothers, and friends we can be. We provide our members with many social, spiritual, and charitable opportunities as well as children's activities. The following is a brief description of what MYC has to share:

Social Opportunities

• Mom’s Night Out Activities

§     Seasonal Parties are planned around major holidays

• Age appropriate Playgroups offer a great way to interact with a small group of friends.

§     Quarterly and Monthly meetings keep members up to date and involved in the ministry.  The coordinators plan Guest speakers and activities.

• Several opportunities to socialize including membership meetings, book club, and scrapbook club

Spiritual Opportunities

• MYC offers a Bible Study that meets twice a month.
• FAMILIA helps families with young children grow in the understanding of their Catholic faith.

Charitable Opportunities

• MetroCrest is a food pantry where members deliver food donated a local business.
• Fall and Spring Fundraising Campaigns
• Good Samaritans coordinate meals for mothers with new babies or those who have a special need.
• MYC sponsors Kiddlyland at the annual St. Ann Carnival held in September.
• MYC participates in the Adopt-A-Family Program donating food, clothes, toys, and household items.

Children's Activities

• Mom's Morning Out meets each Wednesday and participating mothers work on a rotating schedule.
• Several Activities are planned each month such as visiting parks, puppet shows, city attractions, etc.
