St. Ann Preschool (18 months - Pre-K)

St. Ann Preschool offers a balanced program of group and individual activities.  Classrooms are arranged with interest centers and are designed to foster all aspects of a child's development; emotional, physical, social and intellectual.

Each day's activities are centered around a thematic unit. Teachers select topics they believe to be relevant and of interest to children, then build an array of lessons around the central idea. Literature, science, math, emergent reading, music, movement, art, and whole language activities further extend the thematic approach.

A special time each week is set aside for Chapel, a time when all come together to Praise God.  Our teachers follow the spiritual curriculum offered by the St. Ann Religious Education Department. Prayers and character development are key components of the children's day.
