Download and print a copy of the appropriate pledge card, complete it, and return it to the Parish Office (address below) or drop it in the collection basket at Mass.

Mail completed pledge card(s) to:

For your convenience, reminders with return envelopes will be mailed to you in advance of each contribution date.

Electronic Giving ("e-Giving")

Electronic-giving ("e-Giving") is the option to have your pledge automatically deducted from your bank account and transferred electronically to St. Ann Catholic Parish.  No more fumbling for checks or envelopes as you dash out the door on Sunday!

Deducations are made on the 15th of the month, according to your preferred method of payment -- except Weekly.  (e-Giving is not available for Weekly contributions)

It's easy to e-Give:

          1.  Click here to download the e-Giving Authorization Form  eGiving Authorization Form V3.doc

          2.  Complete and sign the form

          3.  Attach a VOIDed check

          4.  Return the completed form and VOIDed check to the Parish Office (see address above) or drop in the collection basket at Mass
