e-Giving Authorization Form

It's easy to sign up for e-Giving ("electronic giving"):

          1.  Download the attached e-Giving Authorization Form

          2.  Complete and sign the form, indicating which fund(s) you want to e-Give

          3.  Attach a VOIDed check

4.  Return the completed form and VOIDed check to the Parish Office, or drop in the collection basket at Mass

Deducations are made on the 15th of the month, according to your preferred method of payment, except Weekly. (e-Giving is not available for Weekly contributions)
